Yoga for Resilience: A Living Practice
This series is an invitation to cultivate resilience from the inside out - grounded, sustainable and deeply human. In this four-week experiential series, we’ll explore resilience as a way of being and an ongoing practice rooted in the ancient wisdom of yoga and informed by modern neuroscience. We’ll draw on yogic psychology and the gunas (sattva, rajas, tamas) to strengthen self-awareness, understand internal patterns, and support nervous system regulation. Using the Window of Tolerance framework and a basic understanding of the autonomic nervous system, you’ll learn to recognize when your nervous system is dysregulated. You’ll also learn how to gently meet the current mood and return to a felt-sense of steadiness and ease.
